Information Technology Support II or III - Ames National Laboratory

Required Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent and 2 years of related experience

of Duties and Responsibilities:

This position provides onsite desktop support for Ames National Laboratory that covers a wide variety of hardware and software. This position will act as a resource for desktop system configuration and software installation and will act as the first tier of support for the laboratory.

If selected for the Information Technology Support III role, the position will be recognized as senior level, demanding advanced and specialized expertise and competencies. Furthermore, this role may oversee projects of limited scope.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with operation and configuration of Microsoft, MacOS, and Linux operating system software.
