We are recruiting an IT Officer to provide day-to-day technical support by maintaining computer systems, networks, business applications and IT equipment to ensure uninterrupted business operations across the Company

Profile

Key Responsibilities

User Support
• Provide first-line IT support.
• Install and configure computers.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
• Support printers and scanners.
• Assist users with Microsoft 365 applications.

Assist in maintaining:

• Install approved software.

• Maintain IT inventory.

Qualifications
• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
• Microsoft, CompTIA A+, Network+, or Cisco certifications are an advantage.

Experience
• Minimum 2 years' IT support experience.
• Experience supporting Windows environments.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and networking.
• Experience in transport or logistics is an added advantage.
