Who We Are Looking For

We are seeking an experienced and visionary  Information Technology Manager to provide strategic technology leadership and operational oversight for our global IT function.
In this role, you will partner closely with senior leadership to define and execute Evora’s IT strategy, drive digital transformation initiatives, strengthen cybersecurity and governance, and ensure reliable global IT operations. You will lead a distributed IT team, foster a culture of innovation and accountability, and enable technology solutions that support business growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

IT Strategy & Digital Transformation

  • Contribute to defining and executing the global IT strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain the enterprise technology roadmap.
  • Lead digital transformation and modernization initiatives.
  • Ensure scalable, secure, and future-ready technology architecture.
  • Drive innovation through the adoption of emerging technologies.

IT Operations & Technology Leadership

  • Lead global IT operations across infrastructure, applications, cloud platforms, and end-user computing.
  • Ensure high availability, performance, and reliability of enterprise systems.
  • Oversee systems integration, platform management, and automation initiatives.
  • Continuously improve IT service delivery and operational efficiency.

Governance, Risk & Cybersecurity

  • Establish and maintain IT governance frameworks and standards.
  • Drive cybersecurity strategy, implementation, and risk management programs.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, audit, and security requirements.
  • Standardize processes, policies, and procedures across regions.

Leadership & Team Development

  • Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing global IT team.
  • Drive talent development, succession planning, and capability building.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.
  • Ensure effective workforce planning and resource management.

Program & Stakeholder Management

  • Lead large-scale IT programs and technology implementations.
  • Manage project budgets, timelines, vendors, and strategic partnerships.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to understand technology needs and deliver impactful solutions.
  • Provide executive-level reporting and strategic recommendations.

What You Bring

Experience

  • 15+ years of progressive experience in Information Technology.
  • 5–8+ years in senior IT leadership or management roles.
  • Demonstrated success leading global and multicultural IT teams.
  • Strong experience managing enterprise infrastructure, applications, cloud platforms, and service delivery.
  • Proven track record of driving digital transformation and business technology initiatives.
  • Experience working in global professional services, consulting, or similar environments is preferred.
