Job Description

The IT Application Engineer will play a crucial role in driving successful ERP implementations, particularly with SAP, across our organization. This role demands a strong understanding of business applications and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders. The successful candidate will contribute to optimizing business processes, ensuring smooth system adoption, and providing ongoing support for ERP solutions.
  • Support SAP and ERP system implementation, configuration, and maintenance.
  • Gather and analyze requirements with internal teams and consultants.
  • Assist in business process optimization and end-user training.
  • Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and provide post-launch support.
  • Coordinate with project teams and vendors to manage deliverables.
  • Support integration between ERP, CRM, and finance systems.
  • Assist in project management activities for ERP initiatives.
  • Provide knowledge transfer to junior engineers.
  • Ensure compliance with quality and security standards.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the line manager.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
  • Relevant ERP/SAP certifications are preferred.
  • 7 years of experience in ERP/SAP implementation and management.
  • Strong project management skills, especially in large-scale projects.
  • Proven experience in stakeholder engagement and collaboration.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and ERP integration.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
  • Relevant industry experience is an asset.
