·Answering IT Support Calls to support ODOT users across the state on technical issues
·Assisting on-site ODOT users with technical issues
· Troubleshooting of all kinds with Level 1 and early level 2 type issues

6 mos. combined work experience in any combination of the following: computers &/or electronics and/or in telecommunications performing routine analysis, programming, installation, maintenance and/or systems support, solving problems with pre-determined methods on basic hardware or software including experience providing customer support.

The selection process for this position will include a structured interview.Candidate responses to the interview questions will be scored and the selection will be made in accordance with the OCSEA/AFSCME Contract.
This position is overtime eligible based on FLSA Standards.
If this position is filled internally, the wage rate will be determined in accordance with the contract
