Tickmill is looking for an experienced Information Systems Specialist to join our team and play a key role in supporting and improving our internal systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth operation of business-critical platforms, providing high-quality user support, and proactively identifying system improvements.

What the job looks like?

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage the flow of internal support tickets, providing first-line

resolution or escalating to relevant teams when required.

• Investigate incidents and system issues to identify root causes and

document findings clearly.

• Proactively identify gaps or inefficiencies in systems and processes and

propose practical solutions to the line manager.

• Stay up to date with system updates, releases, and internal processes to

ensure timely and effective user support.

• Provide first-line support for Information Systems including, but not limited

to: HubSpot, Power BI, PSPs, SharePoint, Jira, and internally developed

systems.

• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related

field.

• Experience in a Technical Support, QA, or Software Support role

• Strong understanding of CRM systems, Cloud computing, Microsoft 365

(especially Power BI), SQL, Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence, etc.)

• Good knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

• Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• High level of professionalism and work ethics.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in Fintech or Financial Services

• Positive, proactive “can-do” attitude and attentive details.
