We are looking for an IS Maintenance Specialist to join our team at BTA. As a member of our team, you will work on a Baltic level, contributing to the maintenance and improvement of our information systems.
Please note that this position is not a IT support role. The role is focused on information systems maintenance, analysis, testing, and configuration rather than hardware setup, device installation, or day-to-day technical support tasks.
We will entrust you:
Overseeing the information systems.
Providing consultations, training users, and assisting in solving their issues.
Configuring software and maintaining system documentation.
Diagnosing and troubleshooting technical problems, and providing remote support.
Responding promptly to system disruptions and resolving them.
Testing new deployments and ensuring quality.
Creating testing scenarios.
You will be an excellent fit for our team if you:
Have experienced knowledge in SQL (this is a must have).
Have a degree in Information Technology.
Have proficiency in English (communication with Baltic colleagues) and Lithuanian (native level) language.
Are a responsible, honest, and meticulous individual.
Possess strong logical and analytical thinking skills.
Can work both independently and as part of a team.
Are motivated to learn and grow in the IT field.

During the probation period (3 months), we work fully on-site to ensure a smooth onboarding process and successful integration into the team. After the probation period, the working model becomes hybrid - 3 days in the office and 2 days remotely.
