We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Information Systems Analyst to join our IS department in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. This role will be responsible for analyzing business and operational needs leveraging the ERP system to provide solutions, and ensuring the platform effectively supports cross-functional processes including production, inventory, finance, and logistics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a primary ERP system resource, supporting users across departments.
- BOM and Product label creation and maintenance.
- Design, build, and maintain reports and dashboards to support decision-making.
- Develop and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and analysis.
- Collaborate with operations, supply chain, and finance teams to identify system improvements and resolve business challenges.
- Maintain and troubleshoot EDI and 3rd party integrations.
- Provide end-user training and documentation for ERP-related processes.
- Assist with ERP upgrades, enhancement implementations, and system testing.
- Work with finance teams to ensure accurate data handling and reporting, including basic financial analysis and reconciliations.
- Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements for scalability and efficiency.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience working with ERP systems in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in SQL and relational databases.
- Experience with report building tools.
- Basic understanding of financial principles and reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Qualifications:
- Experience with PowerBI
- EDI
- Experience in food manufacturing processes and regulatory requirements
- Experience with system integration and data hygiene
- ZPL label programming
