Outline of the role
This role will support Zinc clients in strengthening their public communications and improving citizen engagement through systematic media monitoring.
Working in close collaboration with the Zinc clients, the role will focus on monitoring and analysing the information environment to identify emerging narratives, risks, and opportunities.
