  • Several years of experience in information security, cyber security, governance, risk and compliance (GRC) or a related field.
  • Good knowledge of information security frameworks such as ISO/IEC 27001, NIST Cybersecurity Framework or CIS Controls.
  • Experience in Information Security Management Systems (ISMS), risk management and security governance.
  • Experience coordinating audits, compliance activities and security improvement programmes.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Swedish and English.
  • Good IT knowledge and the ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
  • The ability to build trusted relationships across all levels of the organization.

We Believe You Have the Following Qualities

Success in this role requires more than technical expertise. We believe you are someone who:

  • Acts with integrity and earns the trust of colleagues, customers and partners.
  • Takes ownership and follows through on commitments.
  • Is proactive and identifies risks before they become issues.
  • Exercises sound judgement and balances security requirements with business objectives, even under pressure.
  • Thinks strategically while maintaining a pragmatic and business-oriented mindset
  • Is structured, analytical and able to prioritize effectively.
  • Influences stakeholders through expertise, collaboration and credibility.
