Information Security Manager

Do you want to work in a strategically important role where information security, regulatory compliance, IT security, and business value connect? We are now looking for an Information Security Manager (ISM) who wants to take overall responsibility for information and IT security in complex customer and delivery environments.

As an Information Security Manager, you are the central point of contact for security matters in customer engagements. The role combines governance, advisory, and follow-up, ensuring that both the customer's and the organization's security requirements, standards, and contractual obligations are met.

You will work closely with customers, delivery teams, Service Delivery Management, Security Operations Center (SOC), and other key functions. The role is non-operational but requires a strong technical understanding and a high level of security maturity.

As our future Information Security Manager, you will:

• Be the single point of contact for security in customer engagements
• Ensure compliance with information security requirements, agreements, and internal standards
• Establish, manage, and follow up on the information security risk register
• Lead and participate in various levels of security forums with our customers and conduct security reviews with both customers and internally
• Prepare and present monthly security reporting
• Contribute to and maintain development plans from a security perspective
• Support during security incidents, investigations, and escalations
• Review security aspects in changes (Change Assessment)
• Ensure that architecture and design documents are reviewed from a security perspective
• Create, manage, and follow up on delivery-specific security handbooks and plans.
• Collaborate with sales and identify business opportunities within security

Your profile

• You are proactive, structured, and analytical, with a strong sense of responsibility.
• You have reached a Senior level through several years of experience in information security work and several years of experience in IT security, preferably in a technical role.
• You possess both practical and theoretical knowledge of ISMS, risk management, incident management, architecture review, and compliance follow-up.
• You have experience working closely with customers in complex IT and operational environments and the ability to work in a structured, independent, and advisory manner.
• You also have excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English, spoken and written.
• You have documented experience in leading security work at an account level or equivalent.

It is considered a strong merit if you:

• Have experience working with established frameworks and standards.
• Collaborate effectively with SOC teams, auditors, and penetration testers.
• Have experience from managed services or larger outsourcing contracts.
• Have experience in Security Protection Act (Säkerhetsskydd).
