Rockwell Automation is seeking an Information Security Analyst, responsible for designing, operating, and supporting the associated security solutions deployed across the enterprise networks. This position will be part of the Security Architecture and Engineering team and will collaborate with other analysts, architects and information technology and business resources.
The Information Security Analyst deploys and supports a variety of security capabilities to protect company information assets as defined by the cyber strategy and roadmap. You will engage with stakeholders in support of the organization and be an advocate for cybersecurity controls. We are looking for an independent worker with considerable cybersecurity skills to help maintain and mature our cybersecurity platforms.
Your Responsibilities:
Work with the Architects to design, implement and support enterprise security capabilities.
Participate in major new system implementation projects to ensure that appropriate security controls are built into systems prior to production cutover.
Drive process improvement and control implementation projects in coordination with the cybersecurity strategy.
Troubleshoot and resolve cybersecurity technology issues across a variety of technologies.
Provide technical guidance for designing, configuring, and managing security capabilities in a cloud, on-prem, and traditional MSP/outsourced IT environment.
You will report to the Head of Security Architecture, Engineering and Access management.
The Essentials - You Will Have:
Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent relevant years of experience
Legal authorization to work in the target location is required. There is no provision for sponsorship now or in the future.
The Preferred - You Might Also Have:
Minimum 5 years of experience within Information Security, in a highly regulated business, with proven ability to manage end user requests, provide customer service, organize, troubleshoot and drive issues to resolution.
Experience supporting Zero Trust and Directory Services technologies (i.e. Zscaler and Entra ID/Active Directory).
Certifications in CISSP/CISM/CRISC or other security certifications is a plus.
Experience in perimeter network security and supporting technologies
Experience with security platforms such as Zscaler, Forescout, Palo Alto NGFW, Claroty, Microsoft Azure/Entra ID, CrowdStrike, BigFix, BeyondTrust, CyberArk, SailPoint and others.
Terraform experience would be a plus.
Experience working ticket queue and generating change records in solutions such as ServiceNow.
Knowledge of AI security designs and risks.
Strong work ethic and a proactive mindset with ability to think "outside of the box" to solve problems.
Proven ability to work independently and in a multi-tasking environment with strong analytical and conflict resolution skills.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Experience working in an agile environment.
Track record of managing work to achieve milestones on time and within budget in a fast-paced environment.
