Design and deliver scalable, secure enterprise applications that solve real business problems and stand the test of growth
Translate complex requirements into clean, maintainable architecture using modern web and backend technologies
Lead technical decision-making that improves performance, reliability, and long-term sustainability of applications
Optimize database performance through advanced SQL design and tuning to support high-volume, mission-critical systems
Champion software quality by setting strong standards for testing, documentation, and code reviews
Collaborate across product, engineering, and operations teams to deliver user-centered solutions with measurable impact
Mentor other developers by sharing knowledge, promoting best practices, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement
Contribute to DevOps and automation efforts that streamline delivery and increase system resilience
Required Qualifications
Minimum 7 years of professional experience in application development, including experience working on enterprise-scale systems
Strong hands-on expertise with Node.js/JavaScript, Python, RESTful APIs, JSON, Oracle, and MySQL
Proven ability to design and optimize complex SQL queries for performance and scalability
Extensive experience developing and supporting applications in Linux environments, including shell scripting
Experience contributing to architecture discussions and leading or influencing technical decisions
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
Clear, confident communication skills and a passion for building intuitive, user-first applications
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
Experience with Docker, Jenkins, Okta, and modern CI/CD pipelines
Familiarity with Agile development practices and DevOps principles
A proactive, ownership-driven mindset with a desire to continuously learn and improve
Appreciation for user experience principles and designing software that is both powerful and easy to use
If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 103,100 - 171,900 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
