MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Information Network Operations Lead to join our team in Doral, FL

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • The Department of Defense Information Network (DoDIN) Operations Lead is accountable across the entirety of the SCITES 2 Task Order for all DoDIN operations and joint interoperable communications systems
  • Ensure compliance is established and maintained through CSSP inspections, A&A processes, the RMF, and CORA program requirements
  • Accountable for the capability and readiness of all IT and cybersecurity systems, deploying advanced, secure, and interoperable IT systems to provide an operational advantage to cybersecurity warfighters
  • With expertise in planning, initiating, and delivering complex IT projects across diverse sectors, including DoD, Intelligence Community, and Federal Civilian environments, they excel in managing large-scale programs, driving service-level excellence, and ensuring compliance with stringent security requirements, including TS/SCI eligibility
  • Develop and deploy ITIL-informed Service Design Packages, manage multitenant environments, oversee cybersecurity operations, and leverage data analytics for strategic decisionmaking
  • This DoDIN Operations Lead ensures team proficiency in data center operations, communications, cloud, network, DevSecOps, and service delivery, ensuring the team consistently exceeds SLAs. Enhance operational efficiency through strategic planning, process optimization, and proactive risk mitigation
  • The Department of Defense Information Network (DoDIN) Operations Lead takes direction from the Program Manager and provides direction and mentorship to subordinate team staff

Minimum Qualifications:

  • BA/BS in field necessary to assume Department of Defense Information Network (DoDIN) Operations Lead duties.
  • Additional experience can be substituted in lieu of a degree, High School Diploma and 4 years of additional experience or Associate's Degree and 2 years of additional experience
  • A candidate holding a relevant Master’s degree may be granted 2 years’ experience credit for that extra education. A candidate holding a relevant PhD degree may be granted 4 years’ experience credit for that extra education.
  • A minimum of 12 years of relevant experience to assume the role of Department of Defense Information Network (DoDIN) Operations Lead.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience at a DoD Combatant Command (e.g., SOUTHCOM, NORTHCOM, CENTCOM, CYBERCOM, INDOPACOM, EUCOM, AFRICOM, STRATCOM, TRANSCOM, SOCOM, SPACECOM) or a component is desired.

Clearance Requirements:

  • Must be eligible for or have a current/active TS/SCI Eligible clearance.

Physical Requirements:

  • The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
  • Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
