In essence, Zurich TDC is where technology meets the vast reach of a multinational company. We specialize in areas such as software development, data analytics, cybersecurity, and IT infrastructure. Our primary mission is to support Zurich's strategic goals and enhance operational efficiency through innovative technology solutions.

What Can You Expect?

And you might be thinking: This is great, what will my day-to-day be like, at TDC? I'm glad you asked — I asked myself the same question at the time.

As an Information Governance Intern you will have the opportunity to:

• Support document management and filing across SharePoint and OneTrust — keeping governance artefacts up to date and easy to find.
• Contributeto data protection and information governance processes, including ROPA updates, DPIA support tasks, and data classification activities.
• Coordinatemeeting logistics and take structured notes for governance team sessions, including cross-regional working groups.
• Collate and organisedata for reports, dashboards, and programme trackers used by the Group Information Governance function.
• Provide research and ad-hoc supporton information governance topics (retention, privacy ops, regulatory updates) as needed.

What Makes You a Great Fit?

While we're not seeking perfection or expecting you to save the world, we believe that if you meet some of these requirements, you'll be a fantastic fit for our team. We are waiting for you!

• Active student status with a Spanish University/School is mandatory.
• Currently enrolled in a degree in Law, Business Administration, International Relations, Political Science, or a related field.
• Passionate about data protection, privacy, and information governance.
• Available for at least a 6-month part-time internship programme.
• Organised, detail-oriented, with strong documentation habits.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Excel, Teams) — OneTrust familiarity is a plus.
• A collaborative team player with a responsible, can-do attitude.
• Fluent in English (working language of the team); Spanish is a plus.
