Role Summary: Lead the design, development, and modernization of enterprise analytics and business intelligence solutions leveraging Power BI, Tableau, Microsoft Fabric, Azure Databricks, and Data Products. Drive analytics transformation initiatives, including Tableau-to-Power BI migrations, enterprise reporting standardization, and self-service BI enablement across the organization. Key Responsibilities: Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise-scale analytics and BI solutions. Develop and modernize reporting platforms using Power BI, Tableau, Microsoft Fabric, and Azure Databricks. Drive analytics transformation programs to improve business insights and decision-making. Lead Tableau-to-Power BI migration initiatives, ensuring seamless transition and adoption. Establish enterprise reporting standards, governance, and best practices. Enable self-service BI capabilities for business users through scalable and user-friendly solutions. Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into data-driven solutions. Design and manage data products that support enterprise analytics objectives. Ensure data quality, performance optimization, security, and compliance across BI platforms. Mentor and guide analytics teams on modern BI technologies and best practices.
