Requirements

We are looking for an experienced
Infor Workforce Management (WFM) Functional / Support Consultant
to work on
AMS support, enhancements, configuration, and integrations
for enterprise time & attendance and workforce management systems. The role involves
incident management, configuration, testing, integrations, and production support
in a complex enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities

Application Support & AMS Delivery

• 
  Participate in
  full AMS lifecycle

  Incident, Problem & Change Management

  for L1/L2/L3 support

  Support
  hypercare, deployments, and production releases

Configuration, Testing & Enhancements

• 
  Perform:

    Configuration and reconfiguration

    Implementation support and UAT

  Maintain
  DEV/Test environments

  Prepare and maintain:
