About the job

We are seeking an experienced Infor M3 - Functional Consultant to join our Business Applications Factory Team, which focuses on developing low-code application libraries designed to enhance ERP capabilities. This role will primarily involve analysing business requirements, contributing to functional design, identifying necessary Infor M3 components (e.g., APIs), setting up the Infor M3 environment for testing purposes, and overseeing the testing of designed applications against Infor M3 data and processes.

You will play a key role in supporting the team and shaping the product roadmap for solutions targeting Infor M3 customers. Work will be conducted primarily in English, in a collaborative and innovative environment.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Infor M3 (On-Premise & CloudSuite) across the full project lifecycle, from business analysis to go-live and post-implementation support

• Functional expertise in Supply Chain Execution (Warehouse Management) and/or Manufacturing Execution

• Knowledge of Infor M3 technical components, including the Infor M3 API repository (relevant to the above functional areas), REST ION APIs, and WebSocket-based integrations.

• Basic understanding of Infor OS and its components

• Familiarity with supporting tools such as Infor Factory Track

• Proven ability to create functional and technical documentation (e.g., High-Level Designs, Solution Descriptions, User Instructions)

• Ability to collaborate with internal teams throughout implementation and support activities

• Fluent in English, written and spoken

Nice to Have

• Experience with Rental & Maintenance functional areas

• Familiarity with Infor M3 Experience Designer and Merit Portal

• Experience preparing software solution presentations

• Experience conducting training sessions for internal teams

Business Applications Factory is a mid-sized team of application developers focused on delivering ready-made applications for the Novacura Flow platform. These applications are distributed together with Flow, giving customers an easy start in building their own business solutions.

Our applications are integrated with popular ERP systems (such as IFS and Infor M3) and support our core industries, including manufacturing, field service, and construction.

The Business Applications Factory team does not deliver applications directly to customers. Instead, all applications are published on the Novacura Marketplace (marketplace.novacura.com), where customers can independently browse, download, and use them.
