Job Description


As an Infor M3 Consultant, you will:

  • Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Infor M3 Factory Track modules, including Inventory Management, Manufacturing Execution, and Warehouse Mobility.

  • Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into scalable Infor M3 Factory Track solutions.

  • Configure and support production orders, shop floor reporting, inventory transactions, and warehouse operations such as receiving, picking, packing, and shipping.

  • Lead or support end-to-end Factory Track implementations, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, SIT/UAT testing, deployment, and hypercare support.

  • Collaborate with technical teams to integrate Infor M3, Factory Track, and external systems using APIs, ION, MEC, middleware, and other integration tools.

  • Support data migration, interface validation, and system optimization.

  • Analyze manufacturing processes and recommend improvements to enhance production efficiency, inventory accuracy, traceability, and compliance.

  • Configure and deploy mobile devices, barcode scanners, RFID, and RF solutions to enable real-time shop floor and warehouse data capture.

  • Conduct stakeholder workshops, provide user training, and support digital transformation initiatives across manufacturing operations.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • 8+ years of experience in Infor M3 ERP with strong hands-on expertise in Infor M3 Factory Track.

  • Experience with both Infor M3 On-Premises and CloudSuite Manufacturing environments.

  • Strong functional knowledge of manufacturing operations, production planning and execution, inventory management, warehouse management, and shop floor execution.

  • Expertise in M3 Business Engine, M3 APIs, ION, MEC, integration tools, and middleware.

  • Experience working with MES, WMS, mobile devices, barcode scanners, RFID, and RF technologies.

  • Knowledge of production order management, material issue and receipt processes, warehouse workflows, and shop floor data collection.

  • Exposure to Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Infor M3/Factory Track certifications is an added advantage.

You should possess the ability to:

  • Translate complex business requirements into effective Infor M3 Factory Track solutions.

  • Lead implementation projects from requirements gathering through deployment and post-go-live support.

  • Design and validate integrations between ERP, Factory Track, and third-party systems.

  • Optimize manufacturing and warehouse processes through automation and digital solutions.

  • Troubleshoot functional and integration issues with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Manage stakeholders effectively while leading workshops, training sessions, and cross-functional discussions.

  • Collaborate with business users, technical teams, and implementation partners to deliver successful outcomes.

  • Drive continuous process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and real-time shop floor visibility.
