Role: Infor M3 Business Analyst Order to Cash

Location: Krakow – 3 days/week onsite

Based in our new IT hub at Unity Tower in Krakow, this is an exciting opportunity to join Galderma’s growing IT presence in Poland as a Business Analyst.

We’re looking for an Infor M3 Business Analyst (Order to Cash) to reinforce the existing team of M3 IT BA, to help shape and improve how our commercial processes run.

In this role, you’ll work closely with the business and the other M3 IT Business Analysts to turn real business needs into practical system solutions, with a particular focus on pricing, discounts, rebates and credit management.

Key responsibilities

  • Analyse business processes, requirements, data and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement

  • Gather, analyse and document business and functional requirements, working closely with Domain and Service Owners

  • Define project scope by creating scoping documents and contribute to business case development and resource planning

  • Lead early business and functional design activities, including high-level solution workshops and effort assessments (resources, timelines, budget and skills)

  • Translate business needs into functional requirements and system solutions aligned with customer objectives and IT strategy

  • Support the design, implementation and integration of new solutions, including replacing local systems with global platforms and supporting the maintenance mode

  • Coordinate User Requirements Specifications (URS), solution testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

  • Act as the primary IT contact for external consultants, participate in Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings, and ensure solutions meet GxP and regulatory requirements

Skills and experiences

  • Bachelor’s degree in management IT and Accounting

  • Five (5) or more years of professional experience with M3, across multi functions and business processes with a strong focus on Pricing, Rebates, Discount and Commercial policies

  • Experience with the following technologies:

    • ERP systems

    • Planning softwares

  • Ability to analyze complex business processes and requirements to derive functional specifications

  • Project management / coordination capabilities

  • General understanding of IT infrastructure and applications

  • Mission-oriented and passionate about the delivery of quality customer care

  • Fluency in English – speaking, reading and writing
