Area(s) of responsibility

1. Design, develop, and customize Infor CSI solutions using Mongoose Framework, IDO Extensions, Forms, Scripts, Event Handlers, and Application Metadata.
2. Develop and support integrations between Infor CSI and third-party applications using Infor OS, ION, Web Services, APIs, and middleware technologies.
3. Build custom reports, dashboards, BAQs, data extracts, labels, and document outputs to meet business reporting requirements.
4. Collaborate with functional consultants to analyze business requirements, prepare technical design documents, and develop scalable solution enhancements.
5. Execute unit testing, system integration testing (SIT), defect resolution, and performance tuning to ensure solution quality and stability.
6. Support data migration activities, including data mapping, data conversion, validation, loading, and reconciliation during implementation and upgrade projects.
7. Manage cloud/on-premise deployment activities, environment configuration, code migration, release management, and production go-live support.
8. Provide technical support, troubleshoot application issues, recommend system improvements, and contribute to CSI upgrades, extensions, and digital transformation initiatives.
