Responsibilities :

• Looking for a dedicated, experienced Infor CloudSuite Industrial / Syteline Business Analyst to support end to end activities from implementation to production support. Perfect candidate for this role would have 5+ years in Infor CloudSuite Industrial / Syteline experience in a complex manufacturing environment.
• BA will be a key component in implementing systems and turning business ideas into high-quality results driven solutions. The Syteline Business Systems Analyst will be working in the IT department and will have the opportunity to interact with business leaders on functional requirements to design solutions and work with other departments to build, test, deploy and support the organizations IT systems.
• BA will be the company focal point for all the issues involving the ERP solution and additional business software.
• BA may be responsible for planning small/medium/large sized projects or tasks and making substantial contributions to determining feasibility of goals/objectives.
• PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
• BA will also analyze and identify opportunities to improve business systems by bridging the needs of the business from both a technical and functional perspective.
• Hands on Infor Syteline related development and analysis experience: Syteline Forms, Tables, Module customization/enhancement.
• Development of new modules/functionality within Syteline -Application support, end-user support, and training experience -Module expertise surrounding Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Financials, APS, QA, CPQ, Shop-Trac is must
• Act as the primary in-house focal point for all business software application questions and issues.
• Administer the ERP application ensuring all users have properly configured accounts with the correct level of access to effectively perform their job.
• Serve as a mentor to less experienced Application users.
• Conduct application training to select end users to increase application knowledge levels.
• Provides reliable solutions to a variety of problems using sound problem solving techniques including ability to find root cause and corrective action for given problems.
• This professional will also troubleshoot and research business and application problems, open service requests and work with support personnel to resolve issues.
• Apply both technical and functional knowledge to work with end-users to customize the ERP system for business process development and improvement.
• Responsibilities sometimes require working evenings and weekends, sometimes with little advanced notice.
• Develops ERP system data backup and disaster recovery procedures.

SPECIFIC SKILLS:· The position requires extensive knowledge of ERP business solutions. The candidate must have experience with InFor Syteline applications with significant experience in Order Management, Inventory, Purchasing, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Bills of Material, Work in Process, APS, CPQ, Factory Tracking and Service. The candidate must consistently demonstrate quality and effectiveness in work documentation and organization. The proper candidate must understand change is important and adapt well. The proper candidate is expected to have Strong interpersonal, communication and used user-facing skills. Must have strong skills in business process reengineering, documenting workflows and developing specifications. Must also have the ability to develop, run, and read SQL queries. Experience supporting a user community in a prompt and professional manner. Must have the ability to work closely with end users, cross-functional teams and external vendors. The candidate must have experience with the following:

• Infor SyteLine Version 10 or Cloudsuite experience
• Degree in Computer Science or related discipline or equivalent years of experience as a business analyst.
• 5 years of associated ERP work experience, preferably with any version of Infor Syteline.
• Programming experience with Visual basic, C++ Advanced Microsoft Access and/or SQL database
