We are looking for Influencer Specialist to search and acquire KOLs or influencers to support our marketing campaigns, manage end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns, establish and maintain relationships with influencers.

About the Role

We are looking for Influencer Specialist to search and acquire KOLs or influencers to support our marketing campaigns, manage end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns, establish and maintain relationships with influencers.

Responsibilities

• Search and acquire influencers/KOLs/celebrities to support the brand's campaigns on various social media channels including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.
• Set the guidelines and strategy with influencers who will help create content for the channel
• Establish and maintain partnerships with KOL, influencers by using data and recommendations
• Analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven, actionable insights and recommendations to improve future campaigns
• Manage end-to-end process with influencers from cold-calling, negotiation, payment settlement and ensure that contents are delivered as planned
• Stay up-to-date with new trends, hot influencers, and monitor brands competitors

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with digital marketing; direct experience with influencer marketing is preferred

• Strong connections with Thai influencers/KOLs/Celebrities are preferred

• Data-driven and growth mindset

• Proactive in following trends and dare to try new ideas

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Background in skincare brand is a plus
