Responsibilities
Strategy Development Collaborate with internal team to devise influencer marketing strategies aligned with client’s objectives.
Influencer Identification Utilize research and networking to find influencers matching client values and demographics.
Relationship Building Initiate and maintain relationships with influencers, ensuring clear communication and collaboration.
Campaign Execution Oversee campaign logistics, content creation, and scheduling to meet client expectations.
Performance Monitoring Assist in tracking campaign metrics, analyze data, and provide actionable insights for optimization.
Client Consultation Offer strategic guidance, updates on industry trends, and best practices to the internal team.
Requirements
Proven experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, or related roles, preferably within a consultancy or agency environment.
Strong network of relationships with influencers across multiple platforms and industries.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and influencers at all levels.
Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of influencer marketing trends, platforms, and metrics.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights to optimize campaign performance.
Highly organized with strong project management skills, capable of managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
