You are a connector. Not in the vague networking sense, you actually know how to turn a relationship into a pipeline, whether that relationship is with a data-Twitter creator with 40K followers or an affiliate partner who can move real revenue every month.

At Windsor.ai, we connect data from 350+ sources (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, HubSpot, Salesforce, TikTok) to 30+ destinations (Looker Studio, Google Sheets, BigQuery, Snowflake, and LLMs like ChatGPT and Claude) for over 20,000 customers globally. Our own product is proof that the best growth doesn't come from broadcasting, it comes from being genuinely useful inside someone else's ecosystem.

Right now, nobody owns that motion for Windsor itself. That's the role.

The Role

This is an influencer-and-affiliate-led role: you own the full relationship and revenue engine around the people who already have our customer's trust creators, analysts, and affiliate partners end to end, from sourcing through commission structure through performance reporting.

Your Typical Day:

• Creator & Influencer Relationships: Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with creators, analysts, and marketing/data voices, YouTube, LinkedIn, and newsletter-native who already speak to marketers and analysts drowning in disconnected ad and CRM data.
• Affiliate Program Ownership: Build and run Windsor's affiliate program, commission structures, partner onboarding, tracking and payouts, and portfolio health as a real, scalable revenue channel, not a side project.
• Campaign & Deal Execution: Run the full lifecycle, sourcing, negotiation, briefing, launch, and performance tracking for creator collaborations and affiliate partnerships alike.
• Portfolio Management: Keep a live view of every active relationship (creator or affiliate) and its health nobody should be signed and then forgotten.
• Performance Analysis: Track signups, pipeline, and revenue attribution back to specific creators and partners, using the same kind of tools we sell, to double down on what's converting.

Who You Are

You've built and run influencer and affiliate programs before sourcing creators, negotiating terms, setting commission structures, and turning a signed relationship into a repeatable revenue channel. You think about audience trust and partner economics as two sides of the same coin.

The Non-Negotiables:

• Influencer & Affiliate Program Experience: Real, hands-on ownership of a creator/influencer program and an affiliate program not one or the other, and not agency-managed at arm's length. The influencer program has to be an in house & high volume B2B saas
• Results You Can Point To: Signups, pipeline, revenue, or ROI numbers tied specifically to programs you ran, not team- or company-wide figures.
• Deal & Relationship Management: You can source a relationship cold, negotiate terms, and manage it through to a renewed or expanded second round not just a one-off collaboration.
• Software/Subscription Business Fluency (preferred): Experience in B2B SaaS, martech, or a subscription-model business is a strong plus you understand recurring-revenue economics and can speak credibly to a technical or data-literate audience.
• Experience with in-house influencer/affiliate tooling (Rewardful, FirstPromoter, Partnertsack, or similar).

Bonus Points:

• Existing relationships in the marketing analytics, BI, or MarTech/AdTech space, Windsor's actual neighborhood.
• Any exposure to technology or reseller partnerships (API integrations, BI tools, agencies) not required, but a genuine plus if the function grows in that direction.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, GA4, or Looker Studio/Power BI, you understand our customers because you've used tools like ours yourself.
