Job Description

Freddie’s Flowers was founded by Freddie Garland in October 2014 with one ambition: to change people’s relationship with flowers. We believe flowers aren’t only for grand occasions, but they make every day special, inspiring creativity and sparking joy.

Our starting point was our direct-to-consumer subscription model, helping us grow a loyal UK following. We launched in Germany in 2020, and then in 2021 we secured significant backing from The Craftory, a like-minded purpose-led global investment house, helping us expand, develop and grow. 2023 saw us start our gifting service – bringing the best of Freddie’s Flowers to everyone who needs it (even last minute!).

From the seed of an idea we continue to flourish; we’re now a B Corp organisation. And our founding mission remains unchanged – to change the world of flowers, and to change the world with flowers.

About the Role:

We’re looking for an experienced Influencer Marketing Manager to join the team at Freddie’s, leading our influencer strategy. You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and managing relationships with influencers for the UK market and supporting our DE influencer marketing executive across various platforms to drive flower subscription/gifting sales tracked through voucher code redemptions. The role is highly performance driven, with monthly sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential influencers and content creators for the UK market who align with our brand values, target audience, and campaign goals.
  • Reach out to influencers via email, social media, or other communication channels to establish partnerships.
  • Negotiate with influencers to secure the best social media posts and placements on a gifting & commission basis.
  • Manage influencer relationships, including content briefing and product delivery.
  • Coordinate the creation and delivery of content assets, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
  • Track, analyse & forecast campaign performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to optimise future campaigns.
  • Manage, support & develop the DE Influencer Marketing Executive to grow the German market.
  • Develop & lead the UK & DE influencer marketing strategy to hit target.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging platforms to continually enhance influencer marketing strategies.

Requirements

A Bit About You:

  • Highly motivated and performance driven to hit sales targets
  • An excellent negotiator, communicator and relationship builder
  • A highly organised, detail-oriented self-starter
  • Have the right to work in the UK
  • This is primarily a sales role, so you must be resilient, results focused and data-driven.

Benefits

  • Option to buy extra holiday days
  • Discounted flowers for friends/family
  • WFH (where applicable)
  • Learning and Development Support
  • Cycle to work scheme
  • Employee Assistance Programme
  • Discounted gym membership
  • Cash plan with Medicash
  • Health and wellbeing sessions with The Mind Clinic
  • Team socials and events

Inclusion:

Freddie’s Flowers recognises our success is dependent on the success of our people. Freddie’s Flowers is committed to creating an inclusive work environment with a diverse workforce where everyone feels safe and valued. All applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, national origin, disability or age.

About Freddie's Flowers

Freddie’s Flowers is a fast-growing direct-to-consumer flower business based in the UK and Germany. It all started with Freddie Garland delivering weekly flowers to his Mum & Dad’s neighbours back in 2015 in a knackered old milk float. Our wonderful team is now delivering thousands of boxes every day, but Freddie’s original idea hasn’t changed - to change people’s relationship with flowers. We want to bring the happiness and joy of arranging and experiencing your own flowers into everyone’s home, and in a way that has as little environmental impact as possible - we’re now a B Corp certified, proving that our love for flowers goes hand-in-hand with our love for the planet.

The secret to our success is:

We love what we do and we know what the plan is.

We work hard to do it brilliantly.

We have fun working together.
