As an Influencer Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing relationships with influencers to promote our brand and reach our target audience. You will play a key role in executing influencer marketing campaigns that will generate leads as a first priority, drive engagement and increase brand awareness.
Influencer Identification: Identify and recruit suitable influencers who align with our brand's values, target audience, and campaign objectives.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, ensuring open communication and collaboration.
Campaign Development: Develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns, including setting goals, selecting influencers, negotiating terms, and tracking performance.
Content Creation: Collaborate with influencers to create high-quality, engaging content that resonates with our target audience.
Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, including engagement rates, reach, and conversions.
Budget Management: Manage the influencer marketing budget effectively, ensuring that funds are allocated efficiently and effectively.
Reporting: Prepare regular reports on influencer marketing campaigns, providing insights into campaign performance and ROI.
Brand and Agent Communication: Build and maintain relationships with brands and agents to gather influencer and celebrity data for future campaigns.
Crisis Management: Develop and implement crisis management plans to address any issues that may arise with influencers, such as negative publicity or breaches of contract.
Agency Relations: Maintain strong relationships with existing influencer marketing agencies and actively seek to grow relationships with new agencies in the influencer sector.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
English Proficiency (Minimum C1)
