The Influencer Marketing Account Manager is a highly detail-oriented professional who drives the end-to-end strategy, execution, and client management of impact-driven creator campaigns. Serving as the vital bridge between client vision and creator execution, this individual oversees campaign lifecycles from initial discovery and creator negotiations to content approvals and wrap-up performance analytics. As a trusted partner to a portfolio of accounts, they work cross-functionally with creative, strategy, and media teams to deliver seamless operations and build long-term relationships that consistently drive measurable results.

Our client is a full-service influencer marketing agency specializing in creating meaningful stories, experiences, and content through strategic partnerships with influencers.

With years of expertise in influencer marketing they help brands build genuine connections with their audiences and drive measurable results through creative, strategic, and data-driven influencer campaigns.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in influencer marketing.
• Previous experience working in an US agency environment is strongly preferred.
• Proven experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
• Experience managing large accounts and complex campaigns.
• Proven track record of maintaining strong client relationships, retention, and account growth.
• Hands-on experience developing and executing influencer marketing campaigns.
• Proficiency with influencer management platforms such as CreatorIQ, Modash, Upfluence, or equivalent.
• Advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Benefits

• Full-time position, Monday to Friday
• Schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EDT
• Salary: $3,000 USD monthly with good flexibility to go higher depending on experience and overall fit.
• Location: 100% remote, open to candidates based in LATAM
