
A DAY IN THE LIFE
This position plays a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations and administration of the IRA program at Blattner. The role involves comprehensive collaboration with Internal Controls, Site Teams, Avon departments, Subcontractors, and Sub-Tiers to ensure adherence to Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) prevailing wage, apprenticeship, and domestic content requirements. Key responsibilities include researching and resolving issues, document and file management, and training and educating site teams and Avon departments on IRA policies and standards, along with creating and maintaining essential documentation to facilitate program administration. This position is pivotal in developing and recommending strategies to enhance program efficiency and compliance.
