Service Advisor Opportunity at Priority Infiniti

Are you a customer-focused professional with automotive service experience who thrives in a fast-paced dealership environment? Priority Infiniti is looking for a driven Service Advisorto join our growing team.

As part of the Lithia & Driveway family, you’ll be joining one of the largest and most respected automotive retail groups in the country, offering real opportunities for growth, training, and long-term career advancement.

What You’ll Do:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers in the service drive
  • Accurately assess customer concerns and communicate with technicians
  • Provide transparent estimates, timelines, and updates
  • Build trust and long-term relationships with clients
  • Help ensure an exceptional service experience from drop-off to delivery

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Prior automotive service advisor or dealership experience preferred
  • Ability to multi-task in a high-volume environment
  • A positive, team-oriented mindset
  • Strong track record of follow-through and attention to detail
