Make a System-Wide Impact in Ambulatory Care

This is a rare and exciting opportunity to shape infection prevention practices across more than 200 ambulatory care sites within the Mass General Brigham (MGB) system, including primary care, specialty clinics, urgent care, surgical centers, and endoscopy suites.

As part of a highly collaborative, specialized team of three, you’ll have the unique ability to influence care delivery at scale while still working closely with frontline teams. This role offers the best of both worlds: the autonomy and visibility of a small, agile team paired with the resources, innovation, and reputation of a world-renowned healthcare system.

If you are passionate about education, enjoy building relationships across all levels of an organization, and thrive in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same—this role is for you.
