Under the direction of the Quality Management Director, the Infection Prevention Manager provides leadership and oversight for the organization’s infection prevention and control program. This role ensures compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as organizational policies and standards.
The IPC Manager is responsible for strategic planning, program development, and operational execution to prevent healthcare-associated infections (HAIs). The position leads surveillance activities, data analysis, and implementation of evidence-based practices, while fostering collaboration across departments. The IPC Manager serves as a subject matter expert, provides education, and ensures readiness for regulatory surveys.
