
Infection Prevention - Control Coordinator (RN), Part-Time, Day Shift
Community Care is hiring a Infection Prevention - Control Coordinator who enjoys team collaboration, community-based work, being part of a mission driven organization and who shares our mission to help elderly individuals and adults with physical and intellectual disabilities continue to live as independently as possible in the community. This is a part-time hybrid opportunity based out of our Brookfield/Bishops Woods office.
Infection Prevention - Control Coordinator Job Responsibilities:
Under the supervision of the Director of Clinical Services, is responsible for the ongoing development, coordination, and monitoring of Community Care’s health promotion and infection control programs for employees and program members. Ensures the compliance of these programs with all related governing regulations. Leads and participates in clinical quality improvement projects and activities.
Infection Prevention - Control Coordinator Job Requirements:
Education: Required - Associate degree in Nursing
Preferred - Bachelor degree in Nursing
Licensure: Wisconsin Licensed Registered Nurse required
CPR & AED required
WI Driver's License required
Infection control certification preferred.
Experience: Required - A minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience.
Preferred - One year of experience in infection control.
