What does a Child Care Teacher at Encompass do?

With guidance from our Center Directors, you’ll receive continuous training, access to program resources, and opportunities for professional growth. At Encompass, our teachers are dedicated to delivering top-quality early education and care, helping children grow, explore, and discover the joy of learning in a playful and supportive environment.

The ideal child care teacher has:

  • High school diploma required
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood, Child Development, or Early Childhood Special Education preferred but not required
  • A desire to provide the very best early education and child care for children
  • Training provided for those passionate about early education!

Our Rosebush Center in Green Bay is looking for a Infant/Toddler Float Child Care Teacher! Hours are 8:00am - 5:00pm.
