No previous childcare experience is required. Paid training and ongoing support are provided!

What You'll Do
As an Infant & Toddler Teacher, you'll help create a warm, safe, and engaging classroom where children feel secure, supported, and excited to explore the world around them.
You'll:
- Provide attentive care and supervision for infants and toddlers
- Build positive, trusting relationships with children
- Support daily routines including feeding, diapering, napping, and playtime
- Prepare bottles and follow proper food storage and sanitation procedures
- Create engaging learning experiences through music, sensory play, books, movement, and hands-on exploration
- Support children's social, emotional, cognitive, language, and physical development
- Observe and document children's daily activities and developmental milestones
- Communicate professionally with families about children's routines, progress, and milestones
- Collaborate with fellow teachers to provide exceptional care and learning experiences
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is caring, dependable, patient, and excited to work with young children.
- At least 16 years old
- Passion for working with infants and toddlers
- Previous childcare experience is helpful but not required
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Patient, dependable, and organized
- Comfortable learning and working in a team environment
- CPR and First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire)
- Ability to complete all required Montana licensing and training requirements
