About the Role:Join our dedicated team at The Learning Experience #352 in Cape Coral, FL, as a part-time Infant Teacher! This is an exciting opportunity to nurture and inspire young minds in a warm and engaging environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for infants.
• Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote development.
• Observe and document children's progress and milestones.
• Communicate effectively with parents about their child's development.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the classroom.
• Collaborate with team members to create a positive learning atmosphere.
• Engage in regular training and professional development opportunities.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; early childhood education coursework preferred.
• Previous experience working with infants or young children.
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passionate about early childhood education and child development.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Must pass a background check and meet state licensing requirements.
• Enthusiastic team player with a positive attitude.
• 45 State hours
• English is a requirement

Compensation: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
