About the Role:

The Goddard School of Katy (Cinco Ranch) is looking for a passionate and nurturing Infant Teacher to join our dedicated early childhood team in Katy, TX. This is a wonderful opportunity to make a meaningful impact during the most formative stage of a child's life in a warm, supportive learning environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide attentive, loving care and supervision for infants in a safe and nurturing classroom environment
• Develop and implement age-appropriate activities that support infant cognitive, social, and physical development
• Maintain accurate daily logs including feeding schedules, diaper changes, and nap times
• Communicate openly and regularly with parents and guardians regarding their child's daily progress
• Ensure classroom cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health and sanitation standards
• Build trusting relationships with infants through responsive caregiving and positive interactions
• Collaborate with lead teachers and school administration to support curriculum goals

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; early childhood education coursework or degree preferred
• Prior experience working with infants or toddlers in a childcare or early education setting
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Strong understanding of infant developmental milestones and best practices
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable with a genuine love for working with young children
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including lifting infants and sitting on the floor
• Must pass required background checks and meet state licensing requirements

Compensation: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
