Pay: $23–$24 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday
Infant Teacher – Nurture Early Development
The Learning Experience – Natick is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Infant Teacher to join our early childhood education team. This role is ideal for an educator who enjoys supporting children's earliest milestones while creating a warm, nurturing classroom where infants feel safe, loved, and encouraged to explore.
Using responsive caregiving and developmentally appropriate learning experiences, you'll help build the foundation for lifelong learning.
What You'll Do
- Provide exceptional care for infants through feeding, diapering, naps, and daily routines
- Plan and implement age-appropriate sensory and developmental activities
- Foster language, cognitive, physical, and social-emotional development
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment
- Build strong relationships with families through daily communication and developmental updates
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and center leadership
- Ensure compliance with all Massachusetts EEC licensing regulations and health and safety standards
Qualifications

Massachusetts EEC Infant/Toddler Teacher Certification required
- Previous infant classroom experience preferred
- Strong understanding of infant development and developmentally appropriate practices
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred
