About the Role:Join The Goddard School of Mount Pleasant, SC as an Infant Teacher, where you will play a vital role in nurturing and educating our youngest learners. We are dedicated to providing a safe, loving, and stimulating environment that promotes growth and development for infants.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that foster early learning.
• Create a safe, engaging, and nurturing classroom environment for infants.
• Conduct regular assessments of children's development and progress.
• Communicate effectively with parents about their child's growth and daily activities.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers to enhance the educational experience.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
• Encourage socialization and emotional development through play and interaction.
• Attend staff meetings and professional development workshops regularly.

Requirements:

• Associate's degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• Experience working with infants or in a childcare setting preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification required or willing to obtain.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with parents and children.
• Passion for early childhood education and nurturing young minds.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Background check and references required for employment.
• Patience, creativity, and a positive attitude are essential.

Compensation: $17.00 - $19.50 per hour
