At The Learning Experience® (TLE) in Midlothian, VA, we bring joy, discovery, and growth to every stage of early childhood education. Our Infant Teachers create a safe, nurturing daycare environment where babies (6 weeks–12 months) feel loved, supported, and ready to explore the world around them.

What You’ll Do

• Provide compassionate, individualized care and attention to infants.
  
  
• Support early milestones through sensory play and meaningful interaction.
  
  
• Follow each child’s feeding, diapering, and nap schedule consistently.
  
  
• Communicate daily with families about progress and routines.
  
  
• Implement The Learning Experience® L.E.A.P. Curriculum® to encourage curiosity and emotional development.
  
  
• Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging classroom environment alongside your teaching team.
  
  

What You’ll Bring

• Experience in a childcare or daycare setting preferred.
  
  
• Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
  
  
• Ability to meet Virginia state licensing requirements for Infant Teachers, including background checks and training.
