Infant Teacher – The Learning Experience Canton Pay: $15–$18 per hour

The Learning Experience – Canton is hiring Infant Teachers for our brand-new, state-of-the-art center! We are looking for nurturing, patient, and dedicated educators who love supporting babies through their earliest developmental milestones.

As an Infant Teacher, You Will

• Provide attentive, developmentally appropriate care to infants ages 6 weeks–12 months
• Create a calming, safe, and stimulating classroom with consistent routines
• Support early learning through sensory play, music, movement, and language interactions
• Maintain daily records of feeding, diapering, napping, and developmental notes
• Partner closely with families through regular updates and open communication
• Collaborate with team members to uphold licensing standards, classroom cleanliness, and safety procedures
  
  

Ideal Qualifications

• A passion for working with infants and supporting early development
• At least 6 months of experience in a licensed childcare, daycare, or preschool setting
• CDA or coursework in Early Childhood Education preferred (not required)
• High school diploma or GED required
• Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices and infant care routines
