Infant Teacher – The Learning Experience Littleton Location: The Learning Experience – Littleton, MA
Pay: $19–$22 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday

About Us

The Learning Experience – Littleton is seeking a caring, patient, and nurturing Infant Teacher to join our early childhood team. Our infant classroom provides a warm, safe, and developmentally supportive environment where babies can grow, explore, and experience meaningful early learning moments.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, loving care to infants ages 6 weeks to 12 months.
  
  
• Support feeding schedules, diapering, nap routines, and comfort strategies.
  
  
• Engage infants in early development activities including sensory play, language introduction, and tummy time.
  
  
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment.
  
  
• Communicate daily with families about routines, milestones, and observations.
  
  
• Work collaboratively with classroom teammates and center leadership.
  
  
• Follow Massachusetts EEC regulations and The Learning Experience standards.
  
  

Qualifications

• Infant experience required, but EEC certification is not required for this role.
  
  
• High school diploma or GED required.
  
  
• Experience working with infants in a daycare, childcare center, or nanny role preferred.
  
  
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
  
  
• Reliable, nurturing, patient, and committed to supporting early development.
