Job Location RiverCenter - Covington, KY 41011 Position Type Full Time Education Level CDA Salary Range $15.50 - $18.00 Hourly

Join Learning Grove, a nonprofit leader in early childhood education serving Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky for over 40 years. As a teacher, you’ll help guide children (ages 6 weeks–6 years) through engaging, child-centered learning based on Constructivist Theory and social-emotional development.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma required; CDA preferred
• Experience working with young children and managing classrooms
• Strong communication skills and commitment to equity and confidentiality

Responsibilities:

• Create and adapt developmentally appropriate lesson plans
• Maintain a safe, welcoming classroom environment
• Build trusting partnerships with families
• Participate in professional development and collaborate with your team
