About the Role:Join Aladdin's Castle Learning Center, Inc. as an Infant Caregiver, where nurturing young minds is our passion! We are seeking a dedicated individual to provide exceptional care and support to our infants in a warm and loving environment.

Base Hourly Wage: $13.00 an hour
Responsibilities:

• Provide attentive and loving care to infants aged 6 months-12 months.
• Monitor and document daily activities, feeding, and developmental milestones.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and stimulating environment for infants.
• Engage infants in age-appropriate activities to promote development.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality care and education.
• Assist in diapering, feeding, and napping routines.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations and center policies.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; coursework in early childhood education preferred.
• Previous experience in infant care or childcare settings is a plus.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patient, nurturing, and enthusiastic demeanor with a passion for child development.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings and evenings.
• Background check clearance required.
• Team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to excellence.
