THE WORK:
You will be actively involved in innovative projects helping our manufacturing Clients (CGS, Med Tech, Auto, High Tech, etc.) transform, grow and adapt within manufacturing in an increasingly digital world
You will play a key role in developing cutting-edge digital solutions across industries
You will manage client relationships and provide industry insight and experience across the industries
You will deliver high-impact client solutions by bringing together offerings with a clear understanding of the client problem statement
You will support development of offerings, materials, tools as well as develop personal capability in manufacturing area
Flexible: We are delivering our work mostly remotely but knowing that Global Network (GN) way of working is also based on traveling and serving advisory, typically working closely with our Clients in their offices, willingness and ability to work at client’s locations mostly across Europe, but also other locations, for short or long term is still required.

HERE IS WHAT YOU’LL NEED:·
Experience in Manufacturing Industry and understanding of Industry 4.0 technologies
2+ years (Analyst) / 4+ years (Consultant) in technology product management, software engineering, or solution design
Proficiency in Agile and Lean practices such as Scrum, Kanban, Continuous Integration & Continuous Delivery (CI/CD).
Hands-on experience with Agile tooling (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence).
Key Skills:
Experience in technology product management, software engineering, or platform architecture/design (minimum 2 years for Analyst, 4 years for Consultant)
Proven track record of delivering high-impact engagement programs and compelling messaging for stakeholders.
Strong client-handling skills to develop, manage, and deepen relationships with key stakeholders.
Experience in platform strategy, value management, or market assessment.
Ability to define and manage platform value realization frameworks to ensure strategic alignment and quantify business impact.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate, understand, and respond to changing client needs.
Team building and leadership skills to motivate and collaborate with diverse teams.
Sensitivity and skill at working with different cultures and styles in a global environment.
Certifications such as CSM, SAFe Agilist, CSPO, PSM, CDA, PMI-ACP, or PMP are an advantage.
Experience or demonstrated interest in applying Gen AI to solve business problems or enhance product features.
Strong skills in platform and software development, cloud enablement, platform design and systems integration.
Knowledge of emerging technologies like Gen AI, Edge Platforms and digital workflow automation is a plus.
Strong analytical mindset and quantitative skills for data-driven decision.
Experience in market analysis, product strategy and feature prioritization.
Excellent communication skills, capable of clearly articulating complex problems and solutions, while effectively gathering and analyzing requirements to meet business needs.
Proven ability to collaborate across teams and interface with executives, architects, and product owners.
Experience with platforms such as ServiceNow, MS Dynamics, Azure, AWS, Google Cloud.
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting; experience with Gen AI-driven insights is an advantage.
English communication skills (written & spoken); knowledge of additional languages (e.g., German, Spanish, or French) is a plus.
