Resource Usage, Insight, and Optimization

  • Monitor and analyze usage of industry resources across regions and service lines.
  • Identify duplication, inefficiencies, and opportunities for rationalization and cost savings.
  • Provide informed recommendations to stakeholders to optimize spend while maintaining access to critical resources.
  • Act as the primary contact for queries related to industry resources and access.

Knowledge Sharing and Library Enablement

  • Curate and share relevant industry updates, regulatory changes, and emerging trends through Service Lines and Viva Engage channels.
  • Support the ongoing development and adoption of the GHD Library, with a specific focus on improving relevance and uptake in EMEA and the Americas.

Access Facilitation and Systems Support

  • Administer access to purchased portals and platforms, including one‑time access links and login credentials.
  • Ensure access arrangements are efficient, secure, and clearly communicated to users.
  • Refine workflows that drive compliance and efficiency.

Professional Accreditation Support

  • Support processes for GHD‑funded mandatory and commercially preferred professional accreditations.
  • Coordinate approvals with Regional General Managers (RGMs) and Service Line Leaders (SLLs).
  • Track accreditation requirements, progress, and renewal need to support workforce capability planning.

Capabilities for Success

Technical & Professional Capability

  • Strong understanding of industry standards, professional bodies, and technical information requirements across engineering and advisory environments.
  • Experience managing subscriptions, digital libraries, or knowledge systems in a professional services context.
  • Ability to interpret governance frameworks and apply them pragmatically across regions.

Behavioral Capability

  • Strong stakeholder engagement and advisory skills, with the ability to communicate clearly with technical and leadership audiences.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret usage data and develop evidence‑based recommendations.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable operating across multiple geographies and time zones.

The role is a key enabler of GHD’s continued growth and transformation as a globally aligned professional services business.

Know‑How

  • Requires broad professional knowledge across multiple technical disciplines and geographies.
  • Requires strong advisory, influencing, and coordination capability without direct line authority.
  • Integrates technical, commercial, and governance considerations.

Problem Solving

  • Operates in a largely unstructured environment, balancing competing priorities, stakeholder needs, and cost considerations.
  • Interprets complex information (usage data, standards, approvals) to develop practical, value‑adding solutions.
