Amazon Music is seeking an Industry Relations Manager for our Spanish team to serve as the primary liaison managing relationships with major and independent record labels, artists, and artist managers. These partnerships are essential to growing the business for both Amazon Music and our partners. This strategic role requires deep knowledge and understanding of the Spanish local music scene, negotiation skills, and an execution-focused approach to pursue two primary objectives:

- Identifying and executing new streaming business initiatives that create mutual value while developing revenue opportunities for partners
- Engaging and expanding fan bases for partner artists and labels by leveraging Amazon Music's unique benefits including exclusive content, artist partnerships, and promotional opportunities.

A day in the life
The Industry Relations Manager will lead cross-functional collaboration with internal teams including Programming, Retail & Merchandising, Marketing, Social Media, Tech and PR, as well as global counterparts. You will establish trusted relationships and ensure efficient and impactful working relationships with Amazon Music's partners, delivering on high-impact projects alongside always-on, evergreen campaigns through data-informed strategies.

Basic Qualifications


- Experience in the entertainment industry, including its customs, and practices
- Experience with high-level negotiation and successful internal and external relationship management
- Experience in overseeing and managing projects and deadlines
- Experience in a relevant field
- Highly proficient in both spoken and written English and Spanish (Common European Framework of Reference C1/C2 for both languages)

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working with global cross-functional teams
- Experience working with fast-moving, high-performance teams and driving innovative solutions tailored to unique business environments
