Purpose of the Role

As Industry Manager for Water & Wastewater (WWW), you will drive the development and execution of the industry strategy within Endress+Hauser International (INT) across the EUS region (Eastern Europe & Southern Europe).

Working closely with local Sales and Marketing organizations, Industry Managers, and global stakeholders, you will identify growth opportunities, support strategic customers, and strengthen Endress+Hauser's market position in the Water & Wastewater industry. You will act as a key link between global industry initiatives and regional market execution, ensuring sustainable business growth and customer value creation.

Key Responsibilities

Industry Strategy & Market Development

• Define and execute the regional WWW strategy aligned with global industry priorities.
• Develop and maintain a 3-5-year Go-to-Market plan for the EUS region.
• Identify market trends, emerging opportunities, customer needs, and competitive developments.
• Monitor industry KPIs and recommend actions to accelerate sustainable growth.

Sales & Business Support

• Support local sales organizations with industry expertise and application know-how.

Industry Offering & Customer Engagement

• Drive the deployment and adoption of industry-focused products, services, and solutions.
• Develop compelling value propositions and support customer-centric marketing activities.
• Represent Endress+Hauser at industry events, conferences, and trade fairs.
• Build and maintain relationships with industry associations, consultants, EPCs, OEMs, engineering companies, and other key stakeholders.

Knowledge Sharing & Collaboration

• Deliver training and knowledge-sharing sessions for sales teams, colleagues, and customers.
• Share market intelligence, best practices, and successful approaches across the EUS region.
• Foster collaboration and knowledge exchange between country organizations.

What You Bring

• University degree in Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Several years of relevant experience in the Water & Wastewater industry, industrial automation, business development, or industry management.
• Strong understanding of the water industry ecosystem, including utilities, engineering companies, EPCs, OEMs, consultants, and industry associations.
• Proven experience in developing growth strategies and translating them into measurable business results.
• Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in an international matrix organization and across multiple countries.
• A proactive, structured, and customer-oriented approach to work.
• Fluent English; additional European languages are considered an advantage.
• Willingness to travel regularly within the Europe
