Job Description

The role involves acting as a single point of contact for regulatory and MCMC for joint industry coverage and compliance projects, ensuring accountability for joint special projects implementation deliverables on coverage and compliance between MCMC, Telcos and OLNOs in a timely manner, and managing all industry network compliance and coverage operational issues.

Responsibilities

  • Lead to front all joint industry initiatives with OLNOs to resolve common compliance issues for Regulator (MCMC/SMA) and common coverage issues with NFP
  • Accountable and responsible for network deliverables under compliance scope including developing joint project framework and execution plan, joint technical and joint contract negotiation with  OLNOs, Regulator and NFPs.
  • Lead industry EMF workgroup and responsible for the management and monitoring of EMF sites compliance.
  • Single point of contact for industry network coverage issues at state level.
  • Lead discussion with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver joint industry compliance and joint coverage improvement projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or any relevant course
  • Experience in managing joint industry telecommunication infrastructure projects
  • Experience in network contract negotiation with multilateral parties
  • Strong negotiation and leadership skills
  • Good  business acumen, interpersonal and relationship building skill
  • Tactful and problem-solving skill
