Unsere Unternehmensgeschichte
Seit 1935 fertigt Klöber in Owingen am Bodensee hochwertige Sitzmöbel. Die Produktion, von Design und Entwicklung über Prototypenbau bis hin zu Stoffzuschnitt, Näherei, Polsterei und Montage, erfolgt vollständig im eigenen Haus.
Gegründet von Margarete Klöber, die Mitte der 1930er Jahre als 25-jährige Fremdsprachenkorrespondentin arbeitete. Sie erkannte die Notwendigkeit für gesundes Sitzen und trieb mit dem Bürostuhl „Polstergleich“ ihre Vision voran. Auch nach fast 90 Jahren hat Klöber die Vision, gesundes und bewegtes Sitzen für alle erlebbar zu machen. Weitergedacht mit klarem Fokus auf Wohnlichkeit und zeitlosem Design unterstützt Klöber heute Räume zum Wohlfühlen.

Unser Firmensitz am Bodensee prägt und inspiriert uns zu immer neuen Entwicklungen. Hier entstehen Sitzmöbel, die Nachhaltigkeit, Innovation, Ästhetik und Qualität vereinen. Unser Produktportfolio reicht von top ergonomischen Bürodrehstühlen, über Konferenz- und Besprechungsstühle, Lounge- und Schalensessel bis hin zu Stühlen für den Esstisch und die Bar. Wir entwickeln alle Mechaniken, Polstertechniken sowie Einstellungsfunktionen in-house und produzieren nach höchsten Qualitätsstandards. So entstehen ebenso nachhaltige, wie langlebige Sitzmöbel in zeitlosem Design.
